How do I make a Recurring Payment?

(1) Bills are due 30 days from the 1st of the month.
(2) Online payments through our payment portal take between 2 to 3 business days to process and credit to member accounts.
(3) Past due balances are charged 1.5% of the past due balance, and a $100 additional Club fee imposed by the Board.
(4) Members with 60-day balances due will be suspended as per the By-Laws and the Club's Delinquency Policy.

We are excited to announce that dining reservations will now be managed through SevenRooms, which can be easily accessed directly from the Club app.

To book, simply go to “Quick Links” on the bottom bar of the app and select “Book a Reservation.” From there, you can choose your preferred date, time, and party size. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, and it will also appear under “My Reservations” in Quick Links.

At the beginning of each fiscal year, members are given the choice and can elect either the annual or quarterly obligation. The decision must be made by January 31st; otherwise, your election will remain the same as the previous year.

Dining at other clubs with whom SBCC shares reciprocity does not count against the food minimum at Spring Brook.
